Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders within United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 4  business days
  • Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

International Shipping

We Do not offer international shipping

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination. Ian Gunther Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at +1-631-655-1361 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street address during checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Ian Gunther Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
